The Lion Tamer

Once upon a time a college girl earned the nickname "The Lion Tamer" when her sorority sisters noticed how much time she spent with the boys at a nearby fraternity whose mascot is the lion. She went on to fall in love with and marry one of those boys. You might say she tamed the lion.

The two lived happily but eventually became lonely for more company. They adopted a little lion-like cat. He was a very social Big Guy but needed some love and care to behave like a good kitty. You might say she tamed that lion, too.

But the family still didn't feel complete. They were delighted to one day find that they were expecting a Leo child who would be due to arrive in early August, the girl's third lion!

And wouldn't coincidence have it that the family's crest is adorned with... a lion. Today, the little family lives blissfully in their cozy lion den.
